Now Board Exams Would be Conducted for 6th Class To 10th Class With Jumbling System: As now there are no board exams except SSC that is the 10th class, but you might be shocked to know, according to a news in Siasat the board exams would be conducted from 6th Class to 10th Class (VI to X including 7th, 8th, and 9th Classes). There was also board exam which was been conducted for the students of VII class but from the year 2008 that was stopped. So the students writing the SSC 10th class examinations directly without appearing for the board exams of VII class. Anyhow there are the question papers which are issued by the Government.
So the students who were writing the government based question papers from class 6th should be ready to write the examinations in the form of board exams. Apart from this, there would be the Jumbling system also. The government of AP (Andhra Pradesh) issued a G.O. for introducing board examination for classes 6th to 10th in the year 2016. This would be applicable to both private and government schools. As of now there is no updated information on the same, if we get any update we may let you know the same. The decision has been taken after a continuous discussion by the committee constituted by the Government State Council for Educational Research and Training which is also called as SCERT will set question papers. According to this new system, there will be two examinations conducted, as conducted in the engineering, one internal examination, and one external examination. If board exams are held for the 6th class to the 10th class, there would be very less chances that the students are involved in the malpractice as well as it could enhance the quality of education as students may focus much better in the good way, as well as teachers may also put better affords so that the students shall qualify their board exams with the ease.
Although this new education system may benefit students in a lot of ways but if the jumbling system is applied, the students may face traveling problems too because there are so many students who hardly afford school fees also, if the center is allotted to them very far from their school it would create issues for them, so if the exam centers are allotted nearby then it would be ease. Anyhow it has been applied from this year onwards from the academic year 2016-2017.
