Reimbursement Fresh Application For UG/PG 1st Year B.Tech/Pharm, M.Tech, MBA: The students who have taken admission into engineering from the convenor quota need to apply for the fee re-reimbursement (only for the convenor students). This reimbursement refers to a fee which is sanctioned by the State government for the education of the student. The student needs to submit all the details of his admission, the documents from the school and intermediate college. All the details of the application are as follows. This information is for B.Tech JNTU Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH, JNTUK, JNTUA), OU (Osmania University), B.E, B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Pharmacy, MBA, state level schools colleges pre-metric and post metric SSC intermediate for all SC, ST, OC, BC castes, and general 1st (first) years or freshers.

The Telangana and the Andhra States are offering students the fee reimbursement scheme whose income is less than 1 Lakh Rupees per annum from all sources, in order to claim fee-reimbursement the student need to furnish the income certificate also. The state governments will sanction an amount of Rs.35,000/-INR (as per the rules, information updated in 2016) to the college and an amount of Rs.1250 to Rs.4000 or Rs.5000/- INR approximately in the student’s bank account.

The remaining fee of the colleges excluding an amount of Rs.35,000 has to be paid by the student. To claim the reimbursement amount of Rs.35,000/- students needs to apply or submit an application online and hard copy offline into the college. How To Apply for ReImbursement Application – Telangana & Andhra Pradesh?

Before filling the application please read the guidelines and the following documents must be scanned & uploaded on the website. First, you need to go to E-Pass website https://epass.cgg.gov.in and select your state, after selecting the state go to ‘Studen services’ and click on ‘Fresh Applications’ if you are applying for fresh, select according to your specifications. Documents To Be Scanned and Uploaded for ePASS (TS & AP):

  • Latest photograph
  • Aadhar Card
  • Income Certificate obtained from Mee-seva Centre (with specified validity announced by state government)
  • Study/Bonafide Certificates for the last 7 consecutive years of study
  • Allotment Order or CET order.

Documents To Be Enclosed with Hard Copy for ePASS:

  • Income Certificate obtained from Mee-seva Centre (with specified validity announced by the state government).
  • A copy of Caste Certificate obtained from Mee-seva Centre.
  • A copy of UIDAI (Aadhar Card)
  • A copy of S.S.C or equivalent course Marks Memorandum.
  • A copy of Previous Course (Class) Marks list, (Eg: Intermediate marks list).
  • A copy of the first page of Bank A/c Pass Book of the Student.
  • Allotment Letter of Convener (Copy)
  • Revenue Stamps (1Rupees – 4Nos) if required.

When The Scholarship Is Sanctioned:

Most probably the scholarships will be sanctioned in the months of March or April but it totally depends on State government. The state governments will sanction an amount of Rs.35,000/-INR (as per the rules, information updated in 2016) to the college and an amount of Rs.1250 to Rs.4000 in the student’s bank account.
