GWMC (Warangal) & KMC (Khammam) Municipal Corporation Elections Results 2021: Khammam and Warangal which are the two districts of the Telangana State, recently it was in joint AP (Andhra Pradesh) but after the separation of Telangana state in June 2014, these districts are under the Telangana state. GWMC Warangal & Khammam Municipal Corporation Elections 2016:
Elections in the Warangal and Khammam municipal corporations held on 6th March 2016. The results will be declared on 9th March 2016 [Counting of Votes starts 8:00am]. The issue of notification and the submission of nomination started from 22nd February 2016, and will closed on February 24. The scrutiny of nominations done on February 25, and 26 was the last date for withdrawal.
GWMC Warangal & KMC Khammam Municipal Corporation Elections 2016 Wards:
As per the information GWMC (Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation) have 58 wards out of which 29 are reserved for women. Right now Khammam has 20 revenues wards and 50 election divisions (wards). Khammam Municipal Corporation Ward wise Reservations for General/BC/SC/ST/Woman has been released wide G.O Ms.No.200 Dated 19.12.2015 out of which 25 are reserved for women which mean 50% reservation for the women.
